Good question, Jake! For me it's pretty simple, I want contractors turning up safe, working safe, and getting home safe, without whoever's managing all that drowning in paperwork to make it happen. Bigger picture, I'd love to see us help people move past just box-ticking and actually get ahead on quality, not just compliance. What made you ask, is there something going on at Kingston that's got you thinking about it?
