What do you wish you'd set up differently when you first went live?

Looking back at those early days with Heresafe, most of us would do a few things differently. Maybe it's how you structured your contractor types, how you configured notifications, or something you didn't think about until it became a problem.

If you could go back and give yourself one piece of setup advice, what would it be? Would love to build up a list of things new administrators can learn from.

    I'll kick us off since I'm asking everyone else to go first! If I'm honest, notifications were the thing that bit us early on, we had them set too broad to start with, so everyone was getting alerted on everything and just started ignoring them. Took a while to dial that back in. What's the thing you wish someone had warned you about?
