Good afternoon,
There have been many positive improvements recently. However, one enhancement that I believe would be particularly beneficial would be the introduction of a mobile application for easier accessibility. I apologise if this functionality already exists, but I wanted to raise it as a suggestion.
In my role, I manage multiple sites and am frequently moving between locations, meaning I do not always have access to a tablet or laptop. Having the ability to access the system easily via a mobile phone would greatly improve efficiency, allowing users to view information, update records, and complete tasks while on site.
I believe this would be a valuable addition for those working in operational and site-based roles, where immediate access to information is often required.

Chris, this is brilliant. Thank you for taking the time to lay it all out like that, it makes a real difference having it spelled out this clearly rather than just "a dashboard would be nice"! Funnily enough the timing couldn't be better, this is actually something we're already looking into and discussing internally, and a lot of what you've listed (who, where, host, open permits, all in one place) lines up really closely with the direction we're leaning. I'm going to make sure your list specifically gets fed into those conversations rather than us starting from scratch. I'll come back and keep you posted as it takes shape.

It’s hard to just pick one but thing as I really want an improved calendar with ability to add re-occurrences and copy previous entries.
If pushed it would be to have a SINGLE PAGE where you view, check in/out visitors/contractors & Issue/close Permits.
