Automated Reminder System for Expired Supplier Credentials

To ensure compliance and up-to-date documentation across all subcontractors and suppliers, an automated reminder system should be implemented for expired or soon-to-expire credentials on the system.

The system will send reminders at a consistent and regular frequency (e.g., weekly) to all relevant subcontractors/suppliers whose credentials have expired or are due to expire. These reminders will continue to be issued automatically until the required updated documents are uploaded to the system.

This approach will help maintain continuous compliance, reduce manual follow-ups, and ensure that all necessary documentation—such as insurances, policies, and certifications—remains valid and accessible at all times.

      Weekly reminders for 2 months after document has expired seems ok to me but I am open for suggestions.

    We’d just like to understand your requirement a little better, as the system already notifies contractors when documents are approaching expiry.

    Are you looking for reminders specifically after the expiry date has passed? It would also be great to know how often you’d like these reminders to be sent, and for how long.

    We do try to be mindful of sending too many ongoing emails, as this can sometimes result in important notifications being missed or filtered as spam.

    As part of our product roadmap, we’re currently exploring a weekly summary email for items that need regular reminders, although there isn’t a confirmed timeline for this just yet.

    In the meantime, if you’re looking for alerts at set intervals after a document has expired, please let me know, we’d be happy to take a closer look at how we can support this.
